1. Returns
We accept returns only for items that are:

Damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, and

Reported within 7 days of delivery.

A photo of the product issue

A brief explanation of the problem
Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to return your item.
⚠️ Please do not send products back to the manufacturer or without confirmation from our team.
2. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email about your refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or refunds on:

Used or damaged items (not caused by shipping)

Products without original packaging

Sale or clearance items

Gift cards
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at support@herhighmaintenance.com with a clear photo of the issue.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Recheck your bank account or payment app.

Contact your bank or credit card provider — sometimes it takes a few days for processing.

6. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
After processing or shipping, we can no longer cancel your order.
7. Shipping Costs
